Today was a BAD and GOOD day. Day 5

I had a bit of a bad day. My aunt died (i think im in emotional denial because it hasn't hit me yet).
so I went over my calories for the day and i also totally worked out a second time today because of it.
KARIM being the amazing bf he is bought me an IPOD!
i have been needing one for a very long time just so that i could work out and move and dance about.
So here are some of the songs on my play list
These are the songs in my work out play list im syked about my new toy.
Well peeps im off to get some sleep for i have work tomorrow and a paper to right.

Runing and pushing through


Karim loves running and I want to start learning so one of my little goals is to be able to jog a mile non stop. Karim's goal is to fun a 5k

The Yummiest healthy water Ever!!


1 big handful of ice
1 nectarine chopped
1 handful raspberries sliced in half
ice water
wash and cut all your fruit
put ice and fruit in a large pitcher. fill with cold water and put pitcher in your fridge for as long as you can possibly wait to drink it, you want the flavors of the fruit to be soaked up by the water as much as possible
drink up!
note: a few mint leaves muddled up in this is a pretty dank addition!

Day 3

So the first two days i was not able to post here because i posted them on tumblr and then tumblr went crazy on me . so here is a screen shot of what i consumed today.

So how did i burn 724 calories simple i swam for 2 hours and walked two miles.


So here is my plan for Day 4
Gym with evelyn
class
personal down time with karim
gym with karim (he will be teaching me how to run on a treadmill yes this is serious, and also showing me HIIT workouts)
then dinner at a lovely salad spot
BUT BEST OF ALL going to get me mp3 and some exercise equipment i have been needing :)

A healthy start to your day

These are some awesome smoothie receipes i found on tumblr that i think i could in corporate everyday  remember to keep track of the calories of each.

Green Smoothie - 1 cup baby spinach, 1 cup kale, 1 pear, 1 ½ cup of orange juice, and 1 frozen banana.
Chocolate Peanut Butter – 2 TBL unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 TBL peanut butter, ½ banana, 1 cup almond milk, ice. 320 calories total.
Mango Ginger — 2 cups frozen Mango, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 banana, ¼ cup chopped ginger, squeeze of lime, yogurt.
Good Strawberry Date — 1 date, 1 ½ cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup almond milk. Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or 1 TBL of flaxseed oil.
