So today i went to trader joe's and bought a couple of things for the week. One really good thing I got from there was their pre-made salads i bought two of them for the two days i am working during ,in which i cant really make my own food. I like the idea of getting the pre made salads because there is no preparation for it and the salads look super yummy and they are only 3.99!
Anyways I also went shopping today because i got my tax money ,YAY! I went to the mall near me with my dad and this is what we got.
these were the stores i shopped at , Forever 21, aeropostal, and Victoria secret.
I got a bunch of Victoria Secret underwear.
I really love their pretty colors and different styles.
From Forever 21 I got the following.
cutest little outfit i will hopefully shop you the outfit on soon.
a pair of jeans because i never have jeans (i actually hate jeans they are annoying).
And from my favorite place Aeropostal:
I love love love their sweat pants they are so comfy and I decided to buy one of their underwear and try them out ( i tried them when i got home i love the way they feel)
THE UPDATE
So since the first time I was weighed i lost 4 pounds which was 4 pounds lost in one week. However this week i haven't worked out as much this week and i have eaten pretty bad so this week i will do a better more achievable Say it Do it plan since this week my Say it Do it i did not get through everything i wanted to get through.
Say it Do it for third week of training
monday: 9:30 am Zumba Gold then training for an hour
Tuesday: a small ten minute or fifteen minute workout ill post what i plan on doing.
Wednesday: since my training was canceled today i plan to replace it for Wednesday so one hour of training.
Thursday : a small ten minute or fifteen minute workout ill post what i plan on doing.
Friday: Zumba with Emily (she is super intense and awesome i always sweat through my entire outfit)
I think this weeks plan is more achievable hopefully i can live up to it most of my friends on MFP are very motivational so i know they will get to the workouts.
Well for now that is all I will keep you all posted.
